Party Animal Mixology

Why not have a wild cocktail party? Literally---serve some delicious animal-themed drinks. Neiman Marcus & Chef Pamela Morgan from Impromptu Gourmet provide these zoological drinks. 

bulldog highball

Ingredients

Juice of 1/2 orange
2 oz gin
Ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Pour juice and gin into highball glass over ice cubes and fill with ginger ale.
  2. Stir.


pink pussycat

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz vodka
Pineapple or grapefruit juice
1 dash grenadine

Instructions

  1. Pour vodka into an ice-filled highball glass. 
  2. Fill with juice. 
  3. Add grenadine for color and stir.

snow bunny

Ingredients

1/2 oz triple sec
Hot chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a heavy mug, pour hot chocolate over triple sec. 
  2. Garnish with a cinnamon stick as a stirrer.

monkey wrench

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz light rum
Grapefruit juice

Instructions

  1. Pour rum into an ice-filled highball glass.
  2. Fill with grapefruit juice and stir.
