1. Staple piece of clothing
Infinity scarves are my favorite for fall. They can take any basic outfit and transform the theme. I was fortunate enough to travel to Scotland this summer and stock up! As the cool fall winds settle in, this will help to keep you cozy! You can order a similar one to my favorite online at the Scottish Lion (link). https://scottishlion.com/stewart-dress-modern-fine-wool-infinity/
2. Kitchen Item
While I’m a big fan of Instapot, the #1 item in my kitchen is this workhorse of a pan: 12” Stone Earth Frying Pan by Ozeri
While some pans say they are non-stick, this one truly is while remaining 100% free of APEO and PFOA, and the lesser known chemicals NMP and NEP.
This pan makes sautéed veggies and eggs a morning breeze, and is perfect for toasted sandwiches and spiralized veggie stir-fries later in the day. When clean up is easy, so it the motivation to eat healthier!

3. Random food
Bright Greens Smoothie Shake-Ups are a new favorite. After the fall harvest season, it gets tougher to make fresh produce smoothies. So this nutrient packed frozen mix makes it easy for our busy family to fit in the nutrient dense smoothies in a convenient and healthy way. 4. Travel item you can’t live without
Traveling can be both a stressful and smelly business sometimes. One of my favorites to pull out of my purse or work-bag is Aveda’s stress-fix rollerball which contains the essential oils of certified organic lavender, lavandin and clary sage. A few swipes under my nose and on my wrists and I’m back in a good zone on planes, trains, and subways!
